Design and Construction for Nursing Homes

Doran Consulting has in recent years cultivated expert knowledge in the design and construction of new-build care homes providing personal and nursing care for older people at various locations throughout Northern Ireland.

We have experience in the structural design of the buildings and the civil design of related amenities including drainage and roads. We have provided design advice in relation to some challenging factors including the construction of a new care home on a greenfield site with sloping landscape and in another case, where a road realignment was required to facilitate the new building and its amenities.
