The Integrated Management System (IMS) is a framework of policies, procedures and guidance manuals which are applied to all commissions from inception to completion and to internal administrative procedures, providing a reliable administrative infrastructure and ensuring conformity and efficiency of services provided. Our IMS is audited regularly by the British Standards Institution and all three elements are certified to the BSI’s internationally recognised standards.
