Doran Consulting is delighted to announce three new appointments

We are delighted to announce
three new appointments within Doran Consulting, namely Ciara Lappin to the post
of Technical Director, Anthony Carr to the post of Civil Engineering Associate
and Orla McGirr to the post of Civil Engineering Associate from 1 January 2016.
Ciara Lappin has almost 20 years’ design and project management experience within a diverse range of civil engineering, industrial and public health projects across the UK & Ireland. Areas of particular expertise to Ciara include infrastructure works, harbour development, water and wastewater treatment, leisure and sports projects and environmental improvement works.
Anthony Carr works as a team leader within the Infrastructure sector of the company, having gained valuable experience in a wide range of civil engineering projects including the development of harbours, airports, highways, hospitals, schools, waste management facilities and power transmission infrastructure. Anthony has also gained extensive experience in project management and contract administration, primarily using NEC Conditions of Contract.
Orla McGirr joined Doran Consulting in 2005 and became a Chartered Civil Engineer in 2009. With over 10 years experience in a range of civil engineering projects including water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure, Orla continues to deliver a variety of high quality multidisciplinary schemes for NI Water on their Professional Services Framework.
