Airport Design and Construction Services
Doran Consulting has extensive experience in airport design and construction, having worked on a range of airport projects including apron works, construction of new and refurbishment and alteration of existing embarkation structures, terminal buildings and passenger facilities. Infrastructure related works have included design of airport roadways, drainage and niche experience in protection of a runway from coastal erosion in Grenada.
Current and past clients include London Luton Airport Ltd, Belfast International Airport Ltd, TBI plc, Highlands and Islands Airports, USAFE, Grenada Airports Authority and Marshall Aviation.
We have been involved in local, national and international projects, providing civil and structural engineering services at a number of key locations including London Luton Airport, George Best Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport, where we are currently involved in ongoing upgrades including extending aircraft aprons, constructing roads and extending the existing terminal facilities. In addition, we have worked on schemes for airports in Cambridge, Suffolk and on the island of Islay in Scotland.
