Stephen Clarke

Stephen has worked within Doran Consulting’s Public Health Team since 2013 and is an Incorporated Civil Engineer. He specialises in water supply, wastewater infrastructure, wastewater treatment and wider civil infrastructure.

His experience includes project optioneering and appraisal studies, outline and detailed design, and project management. Stephen has been responsible for schemes including the Queen’s Bridge Belfast Siphons Upgrade, involving the rehabilitation of critical city-centre sewerage infrastructure serving 40,000 population equivalent (PE).

His project experience also includes Clabby Wastewater Treatment Works, where he provided civil design support to the contractor under a Design and Build contract. He is currently delivering multidisciplinary schemes for a major national utility company through its Professional Services Framework.
