Rickard Hulten

Rickard joined Doran Consulting in 2014, became an Associate in 2022 and was promoted to Technical Director in 2024. A Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he specialises in marine and harbour engineering, with a strong focus on the technical design and delivery of marine structures.

Rickard has led design teams on several major marine projects, including Design and Build commissions, and his experience also extends to bridge and highway structures.

In 2016, Rickard took part in the ICE Emerging Engineers Award and received the Brennan Cup after winning the Northern Ireland regional final for his paper and presentation on his involvement in the Green Port Hull project.
