Ray Kinnaird

Ray graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2011 and joined Doran Consulting in 2014. He became a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers in 2018 and works within Doran Consulting’s Structural Team.

Ray has delivered projects across the commercial, education, healthcare and infrastructure sectors, working closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams. His project experience includes Belfast Grand Central Station, the award-winning City Quays 3 office development at Belfast Harbour and the North Block development at Altnagelvin Hospital.

He has a particular interest in structural analysis software and reinforced concrete design and is experienced in the use of BIM for modelling, coordination and clash detection within collaborative 3D design environments.
