Philip  McManus

Philip graduated from Ulster University with an MSc in Infrastructure Engineering in 2012 and was awarded the William Bald Scholarship. Following a year working in Scotland in the hydropower sector, he joined Doran Consulting in 2014 and became a Chartered Civil Engineer in 2020.

Philip works as a team leader within the Marine and Infrastructure Team and has acted as design lead on a range of civil engineering projects, including the redevelopment of Belfast Harbour’s Victoria Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

He specialises in project management and contract administration, primarily using NEC and ICC Conditions of Contract, and became an accredited NEC4 Project Manager in 2020. Philip also has expertise in flood risk modelling and Flood Risk Assessments for major commercial and industrial developments across Northern Ireland.
