Paul Keown

Paul joined Doran Consulting in 1999 and was appointed Director in 2014. He specialises in structural engineering and has delivered projects across the retail, residential, commercial, hospitality and heavy industrial sectors.

His expertise includes basement and multi-storey construction using a range of structural materials, together with structural design for waste handling, recycling and Energy from Waste facilities across the UK.

Paul has also contributed to a number of major retail and commercial developments, including shopping centres, car parks and hotels.

Alongside his project work, Paul contributes to the wider engineering profession and has produced award-winning technical papers relating to projects including the Bar Library development and Albert Clock Tower stabilisation.
