Paul Bailie

Paul joined Doran Consulting 28 years ago as a Senior Technician and, through his dedication, expertise and commitment to continuous professional development, progressed to the role of BIM Manager. Throughout his career, he has played a significant role in developing and advancing our Building Information Modelling (BIM) capabilities. With over 15 years’ experience in 3D modelling and more than 30 years’ experience in technical drafting, Paul has been instrumental in delivering high-quality BIM models that support many of our key infrastructure projects and his expertise in Autodesk Revit, Revizto and Navisworks has enhanced project coordination and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Beyond his technical expertise, Paul leads our team of technicians and modellers, overseeing the adoption and effective use of BIM-compliant software and processes across the business
