Liam Baxter

Liam joined Doran Consulting in 2017 and is a Chartered Member of Engineers Ireland and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. His background spans civil and structural engineering, and he now specialises in Principal Designer and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services.

Liam’s Principal Designer experience includes major infrastructure projects for clients such as Belfast City Airport and Belfast Harbour Commissioners, alongside healthcare projects including Altnagelvin North Wing and Restaurant and a wide range of water and wastewater schemes.

He has also acted as PSDP on civil engineering projects including Blackwater Bridge and Castlerea and Environs Water Supply Scheme. Liam is currently acting as Principal Designer on the Severn Trent Water AMP7 Framework and Altnagelvin Paediatric Unit.
