Ciara Lappin

Ciara joined Doran Consulting in 1999 and was appointed Technical Director in 2016. She specialises in civil engineering, public health and project management, with expertise spanning infrastructure, harbour development, environmental improvement and public realm schemes, leisure and sports facilities, walking and mountain bike trails, and water and wastewater treatment.

Ciara has project managed major industrial, harbour and commercial projects across Northern Ireland and England and has extensive experience in the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment works and sewerage schemes for NI Water.

She is an NEC3/4 Project Manager and Advanced Accredited NEC4 Contracts Manager. Alongside her project work, Ciara has lectured on civil engineering contract matters at Queen’s University Belfast.
