Alistair  Toner

Alistair graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1996 and joined Doran Consulting in 2003. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and has been a Chartered Engineer since 2013.

Working within Doran Consulting’s Traffic Team, Alistair provides transport and highways advice from early-stage masterplanning through to detailed highway design. His experience includes input to site layouts, planning applications, Transport Assessments and Travel Plans.

Alistair has designed and delivered highway layouts for projects including Ebrington, the Game of Thrones Studio Tour and the Wokingham mixed-use and public realm development. He is currently working on off-site public highway improvement works associated with Belfast Grand Central Station.
