Project Summary
The redevelopment of York Street Station replaced a constrained inner-city facility with a three-storey station of approximately 1,000 square metres. Expertise & Delivery
The project was delivered through RIBA Stages 1–7, detailed design, procurement, construction and handover, with Doran Consulting establishing the delivery strategy, coordinating multidisciplinary resources and managing programme, interfaces, approvals, risk and reporting. Consultation with Translink, statutory bodies, stakeholders and the public informed key decisions. BIM supported coordination and assurance across structure, architecture, building services and rail systems.
